Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation, is a beauty procedure that enhances facial features by implanting pigment into the skin. It can be used for eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip color. The results provide a long-lasting, natural enhancement without the need for daily makeup application.
Who is a Good Candidate?
Permanent makeup is ideal for individuals who:
Want to save time on their daily makeup routine.
Have sparse or uneven brows and want a fuller look.
Have allergies to conventional makeup.
Desire more defined eyes or lips.
Lead an active lifestyle and want smudge-proof makeup.
Have medical conditions such as alopecia or hair loss.
However, some individuals may not be suitable candidates. If you have skin conditions, take certain medications, or have specific health concerns, we recommend a consultation before proceeding.
What to Know Before Your Permanent Makeup Procedure
Before undergoing a permanent makeup procedure at Svoya Beauty Studio, there are essential things you should know to ensure the best results.
Pre-Procedure Guidelines:
Review the contraindications before booking your appointment.
Avoid any aggressive treatments on the area, such as laser treatments, chemical peels, or dermabrasion at least 4 weeks before your session.
Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, or blood-thinning medications 24 hours before the procedure.
If you have had previous tattooing or permanent makeup done elsewhere and require a touch-up, please send a picture or schedule a free consultation before booking.
For any concerns or questions, feel free to contact Svoya Beauty Studio directly!

What is the Downtime After Permanent Makeup?
One of the great advantages of permanent makeup is that the downtime is minimal. You can resume your daily activities right after the treatment!
Healing Process & Aftercare:
We generally recommend dry healing, which means avoiding water, steam, and wiping the treated area for the first few days.
Expect slight redness or mild swelling immediately after the procedure, but this usually subsides quickly.
Avoid touching or picking at the area to ensure proper healing.
More detailed aftercare instructions will be provided by your artist during your appointment.
With proper care, your new look will heal beautifully, giving you long-lasting and natural results!

Are pregnant or nursing.
Have active skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or acne in the treatment area.
Have uncontrolled diabetes or blood clotting disorders.
Are undergoing chemotherapy or have a history of keloid scarring.
Have an active infection or are on blood-thinning medications.
Have had recent Botox or fillers in the area (wait at least 4 weeks before the procedure).
If you are unsure about any of these, please contact Svoya Beauty Studio for a consultation.
